Description:
Grade A sheep milking and cow raw milk dairy, producing everything possible from dairy such as butter, cream, yogurt, kefir, sour cream, milk for cheese making and calf/pig feeding. We also produce grass fed beef, pork, lamb, chicken, manure/compost, bones, lard, and tallow.
Production Practices:
The farm rotationally grazes livestock and no antibiotics are used in the milk line. Will use antibiotics in life or death situations, but products from those animals don’t go into milk or milk products sold. Cows, sheep, chickens, and pigs are on pasture year round. Only rolled barley is fed in the parlor with minerals.

Animals are on pasture year round. I use electric fence to divide pastures and the birds are free range. Animals are finished on farm. No chemicals. Manure is composted and liquid spread.
