We provide our community with local, high quality, fresh, and sustainable pastured meats that we openly stand behind. We believe in stewardship which to us means havingthe greenest pastures, the happiest animals, and the most satisfied customers. Grazing, Pasture and Nutrient Management Practices:
Multi species grazing using each animal for a specific part of the grazing cycle. Cows, hogs, and turkeys are kept in paddocks made from portable electric polywire that use solar powered energizers. Everything is portable and moves with the animals as they travel through the fields. Rhode Island Reds, Angus cows, hogs, and broad breasted white turkeys are all 100% on pasture. Cornish cross spend 3 weeks in brooders, 5 weeks on pasture. All manure is placed by the animal, on pasture, right where we want it.

We are always open for visits by the public, and love to show people what we do, and how we do it. We ask that folks schedule a visit so that we can be sure to be there.
