Young, beginning, small or minority producers may have difficulty finding adequate financing. AgVision offers financing at competitive rates with possible loan fee reductions.
Financing includes: Real estate purchases, Operating expenses, Livestock and equipment purchases, Refinancing existing debt.
Program Features: Less restrictive underwriting standards- customers who may not qualify under normal programs may qualify under AgVision standards: Competitive Interest Rates, Reduced or Waived Fees, Knowledgeable Staff, Educational Benefits-participants are invited to conferences and workshops for financial and management training. They also receive $400 annually to apply towards computers, education, etc.
