Living & Working on My Rural Land

This class is designed to help landowners examine what to do with their property and what to consider when choosing an enterprise and business structure. Useful for all rural landowners and aspiring farmers. Basic information, such as how to determine soil type and how to understand Oregon Water Rights, will be covered including how to get new rights.
Learn to navigate land use regulations and gain an understanding of how to maintain your special tax assessment (often incorrectly called “EFU” status), and other assessments of which you may be unaware. Determine what other rights you may have and how to maintain them. Cost: $15.00 one/$25.00 two from the same farm.
