InFARMation (& Beer!) : Water and Agriculture in the High Desert

October 1 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free

Amidst a growing population and Climate Change, will there be enough water to go around? How can we balance the needs of wildlife, recreation, farming and more? As our most precious resource, it is essential that we all work together to deliver and use water efficiently in Central Oregon. Come learn about the strategies being employed to restore the Deschutes River and ensure that fish, farms, and families can thrive.  Join us for a panel discussion, Q&A, and a ”meet and greet” with local producers. InFARMation & Beer sessions are educational events that bring eaters and farmers together to talk about the most pressing issues facing Oregon’s family farms and sustainable local food systems.
