Sustainable Seafood!

We will hear directly from a leader in sustainable seafood retail in Portland – Lyf Gildersleeve of Flying Fish Seafood – and a local fisherperson, TBD.  What do we Portlanders need to understand about buying seafood if we care about our health, fish diversity, and the ecosystem?  We live so close to the ocean and near many rivers – why don’t we see a lot more local seafood for sale?
